Additional Testing Services

TMS BioScience has broad experience and skill with clinical mass spectrometry. Dr. Hooper, TMS BioScience Founder and Chief Scientist, successfully implemented metabolic screening by tandem mass spectrometry for the State of Louisiana in 2004 and performed over 100,000 tests on the newborn population of Louisiana in that year alone. TMS BioScience lab currently provides monitoring of transplant patient blood levels of immunosuppressant drugs for client hospitals. Our HomeTrak™ system allows patients to obtain blood samples at-home, greatly facilitating clinical monitoring for transplant programs, clinical research efforts, and other organizations with geographically diverse patient populations. In addition, TMS BioScience has the capacity to provide advances genetic and metabolic testing and several therapeutic monitoring programs to assist clinicians in maintaining proper medication dosage regimens. We can design and implement unique testing programs for clients and offer the additional service of at-home sampling by HomeTrak™ to assist clients in their specific needs.
